Data we collect

We collect the data you provide voluntarily through the forms on the site (appointment booking, online consultations, second-opinion requests, masterclass registration, training module registration, internship applications, advisory inquiries, CNDT Model applications, partnership inquiries, contact, waiting list), as well as browsing data.

• ◆Identity data: surname, first name, title, date of birth where applicable.
• ◆Contact details: email address, phone number, country of residence.
• ◆Health data, where applicable: medical information you choose to share as part of a care or second-opinion request.
• ◆Professional supporting documents, as part of an application to the CNDT Embryology Academy: professional title, proof of practice or laboratory project. These documents are uploaded to a private storage area, accessible to the teaching direction alone, and are never public.
• ◆Answers to the clinical cases in the training module's member area: your choices at each step, the objectives achieved, the score calculated by the clinic and your final sentence, linked to your personal access.
• ◆Devices used on the training module's member area: for each of your two devices at most, the browser and system family (for instance “Chrome on Android”), the dates of registration and of last use, and the fingerprint of a randomly drawn identifier kept in a technical cookie in your browser; the fingerprint of the one-time verification code sent to your email address; the date on which you accepted the personal access rule. Neither your IP address nor the details of your browser are kept.
• ◆Browsing data: pages viewed and audience measurement via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), through cookies, only after your consent.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• ◆Managing appointments and handling your requests.
• ◆Conducting teleconsultations and the associated medical follow-up.
• ◆Managing registrations for training programmes (masterclass, training module, clinical internships) and their follow-up.
• ◆Teaching review of the training module's clinical cases: your choices, your score and your final sentence are sent to Dr Manket-Kouassi, who leads the module, for the case review in session. They are kept for the duration of the programme and twelve months after it ends, then deleted; they are also deleted, without delay, together with your registration if it is deleted.
• ◆Protection of personal access to the member area: limiting the member area to two devices per registered participant (a third replaces the one you have used least recently), notifying you by email of each new device, and printing your name and email address as a watermark on every page of the handout you download. Your device data are kept for the duration of the programme and twelve months after it ends, then deleted; they are also deleted, without delay, together with your registration if it is deleted.
• ◆Handling professional and institutional inquiries: advisory and structuring, CNDT Model applications, partnerships. The data from these forms (organisation, country, role, professional contact details, project description and, where applicable, budget range) is used solely to assess your request and respond to it.
• ◆Reviewing applications to the CNDT Embryology Academy and running the training pathway: identity, professional contact details, country of practice, profession, institution, module applied for, together with the supporting documents uploaded. Your consent is collected when the application is submitted, timestamped and tied to the version of the text you accepted, in accordance with law no. 2013-450.
• ◆Communicating with you in response to your requests.
• ◆Anonymous audience measurement of the site, for improvement purposes.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent and/or on the performance of a care service you request. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Health data

Health data constitutes sensitive data. It is processed with reinforced confidentiality, strictly within the framework of medical confidentiality. It is accessible only to practitioners and authorised members of the CNDT care team, and is never used for audience measurement or communication purposes.

Data recipients

Only authorised members of the Clinique Notre Dame de la Tendresse team have access to your data, limited to what is necessary to carry out their duties. Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data transfers outside Côte d'Ivoire

Some data is hosted or processed outside Côte d'Ivoire through the site's technical providers:

• ◆Vercel — website hosting (servers located outside Côte d'Ivoire);
• ◆Google (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager) — audience measurement.
