Hysteroscopy in ART, in practice

OB-GYNs and physicians practising ART. 8 places.

No participant handles the equipment or takes part in a procedure without mastering the basics: equipment, indications, technical steps, safety rules. The two live sessions and their materials are compulsory.

The hands-on session is subject to approval of your application. Before paying for it, you send three documents: your specialty diploma or professional qualification; proof of your current registration with your country's professional council; proof of current practice. Payment for the hands-on session is requested only once your application is approved. The online preparation is paid directly, with no application. Participation in procedures is decided in real time by the supervisor and the CNDT medical team, according to the participant's preparation and safety requirements.

Two 2-hour Zoom sessions with Prof. Benifla make up the technical preparation for hysteroscopy. They are paid online, with no application, and are not included in the price of the hands-on session. Attendance at both sessions is mandatory.

The sessions take place on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 2 pm GMT. The materials for each session are given to participants, who study them before the hands-on practice.

• 13 January 2027 — Zoom 1: hysteroscopy fundamentals and equipment.
• 10 February 2027 — Zoom 2: procedural safety, prevention of complications, clinical cases.

23 – 25 March 2027, at CNDT, Abidjan, from 8:30 am to about 3 pm. Two hands-on sessions a year.

• The first day begins with a knowledge check and demonstrations with commentary by Prof. Benifla.
• Each morning: clinical briefing (30 min).
• Procedures in pairs: two participants in the room for each procedure; the others follow on screen or join the workshops.
• Workshops: the equipment circuit (cleaning, disinfection, sterilisation, traceability), preparing the next case, revision.
• At the end of each day: group debriefing (30 min).

No refunds.

A participant who misses either of the two Zoom sessions does not take part in the scheduled hands-on session. Their participation is deferred to the next session. They must then attend that session's two Zoom sessions, paying again for the online preparation (USD 300).

If CNDT cancels or moves a Zoom session, the session is rescheduled, with no deferral of the hands-on session and no extra charge.

If CNDT cancels a hands-on session, each participant chooses between deferral to the next session and a refund of the amounts paid.

Formative assessment: knowledge check on the first day, participation, clinical discussions. A serious breach (safety, asepsis, confidentiality, the supervisor's instructions) leads to the immediate end of participation in procedures.

Attestation of training issued by Clinique NDT and co-signed by Prof. Jean-Louis Benifla: duration, dates, objectives, modules completed and skills observed. It is neither a diploma, nor a licence to practise, nor an authorisation to perform hysteroscopy independently.
