Monitoring is at the heart of ART care: it guides every decision in the cycle. You learn to count antral follicles, to track their growth day by day, to read the endometrium, and to connect what you see to the decision that follows: continue, adjust, trigger, or stop this cycle.
Shared monitoring is treated as a practice in its own right, not as a fallback: you carry out the scans in your own country, you pass on what you measure, and the decision is made together with the IVF centre. That is what allows your patient to travel only for the steps that require the technical platform.
Sessions are held live on Zoom, on real anonymised records of African patients — ultrasound images, measurements, decisions taken and what they led to.

Practice in Abidjan — individual module of the Masterclass
The hands-on part of this module takes place during the Masterclass in March 2027, in Abidjan.
- The corresponding online module is required before the practice in Abidjan.
- The practitioner's level is assessed before the practice.
- Access to the Masterclass after file review.
- Up to 2 practice sessions of your choice across the 3 days.
- Procedures are carried out according to medical indications.
- Fee depends on the practice sessions chosen, communicated after file review.

Access to procedures is decided case by case by the CNDT medical team, after assessment of the practitioner's level. Each practitioner checks the legal framework applicable in their own country.
