PREPARE / TRANSFER
Endometrial preparation & embryo transfer
Prepare the endometrium, choose the moment, and perform an atraumatic transfer.
Natural or substituted cycle, endometrial thickness and appearance, implantation window, luteal phase support: you learn to prepare the uterus, then to choose the moment when the embryo is placed in it.
The transfer is a brief procedure in which almost everything rests on technique: choice of catheter, passing the cervix without trauma, ultrasound guidance, placement, withdrawal. A difficult transfer is not a matter of bad luck — it can be anticipated, often as early as the consultation before it.
The online module is held live on Zoom, on real anonymised records. The hands-on part takes place in Abidjan, as an individual module, within the Masterclass.

Access to procedures is decided case by case by the CNDT medical team, after assessment of the practitioner's level. Each practitioner checks the legal framework applicable in their own country.
The clinician performs the transfer. And in the laboratory?
The embryo is selected, prepared and loaded into the catheter by the embryology team, moments before you place it. That is the Clinical Embryology pathway.
